For Legend Style, our focus is on you. Our goal is to provide you with products that you can use for many years. Legend Style handcrafts its products directly in its own workshop using premium leather. High quality leather products made by skilled craftsmen may differ to some degree, unlike mass-produced products. But no product is inferior or sloppier than another. For this reason, there may be slight differences between the products made by different master craftsmen and the pictures you see on our website.

Every product that crosses Legend Style’s counter is handicraft. Even for the simplest product, we work for hours trying to make durable, robust and aesthetic products that users can use for many years.

However, if you do not like something about the product quality or manufacturing, Legend Style is committed to returning the product and refunding your money under the conditions stated below.

Return and Exchange Processes

»You may return the product you purchased through Legend Style within 1 (one) week unconditionally.

» If the reason for the return is not due to a defect in the product and you use your right to waive, you will be charged the shipping cost of returning the product. Under no circumstances may this price exceed 1/5 of the price of the product (for example: a maximum of 20₺ will be charged for the shipping costs of a product worth 100₺).

» Shipping charges will be deducted from the total amount of the return after the product is received according to the terms and conditions, and the remaining amount will be sent to the user.

» In the event of a return due to problems with the Product, Legend Style agrees to replace the Product one-to-one, free of charge, and to deliver it to the User free of charge or issue a refund in accordance with the terms of the Distance Sales Contract.

» Fees incurred due to additional services (gift packages or similar services) are non-refundable.

» Products that have been damaged due to user error, that have passed their expiration date, that have been used in inappropriate conditions (thrown in the water, burned, exposed to high temperatures, etc.), and that have deformed within the return period cannot be returned or exchanged.

» The products to be returned must be returned as they were delivered, with original packaging and box.

» Custom-made products intended for personal use and products subject to hygiene regulations are non-refundable.
